TERMS & CONDITIONS

•  minimum person of 6 & maximum of 20 person
• children aged are between 4 - 12 yrs old
• 2 week advanced confirmed booking (subject to room availability)
• deposit of 40% required upon confirm booking
• reservation must be attached with full guest name and I/C @ passport
• articles or valuable items loss or stolen, injury & death are own liabilities
• full payment must be settle before arrival
• Resort have right to cancel or change location, subject to weather condition
• payment made are not refundable
